Job Description
Under direct supervision of the career center director, the career specialist will provide career counseling and professional development by working directly with clients to increase employment outcomes through; evaluating and implementing client career plans, resume development, interviewing skills, and workplace ethics. As well as develop and maintain relationships with employers through; consistent communication, marketing, networking, job matching & retention services, meeting placement goals and objectives, sustaining client and employer satisfaction, ensure clients make timely progress following corporate guidelines.
