Finding Your Passion At Work

It has been said that if you find a hobby that you enjoy and turn it into a career, you will never work a day in your life! Well, while that sounds blissful, that’s not entirely true. BUT, you will have a work life that is more enjoyable than what most people experience in their lifetime. Finding work that you love and are passionate about makes the days that are hard, easier to bear. In addition, you will be more eager to face each day with excitement and a smile.

Our first goal with clients is finding out what they are passionate about. Then, we try to take that passion and turn it into a career. For instance, if someone loves to cook, why not try to be a chef; if they love baking, then why not try to be a baker; or if they love helping people, why not become a nurse, a personal attendant or an aide. It would be very easy to simply choose work that is easy to find. But it is most fulfilling for our clients and us when we take the time to listen to their passion and find out what it is that makes their souls scream with joy.
