Job Description
Clerks are expected to ensure customer satisfaction by giving prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Performs a variety of tasks including but is not limited to: Provide highest level of prompt and friendly customer service. Maintain a positive work environment. Assist with inventory counts. Adhere to and maintain department schematics. Contribute to a positive work environment. Receiving, unloading, stocking, filling, and dusting merchandise. Keep shelves fully stocked and tidy. Create and maintain department displays. Be sure proper tags and signage are displayed throughout the vitamin dept. Excellent communication with Vitamin Manager at all times. Answer phones and assist callers. Must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift. Must be able to bend, lift, and twist with up to 40 lbs. Repetitive arm and hand movements. Moderate lifting, bending, and stretching. Continuous interaction with customers and co-workers. Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned
