Ensures credit card system reconciles to daily transaction list from rooms. Researches and resolves any discrepancies. Greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Checks guests out of the hotel and resolves guest challenges throughout their stay. Upgrades guests, as required. Promotes hotel services, amenities and up-sells products to the guests. One year front desk experienced preferred.
