Ensures dining room tables are bussed in a timely manner.
Ensures floors are kept swept and clean.
Ensures inside and outside of restaurant are kept clean and tidy.
Monitors beverage area for stock and cleanliness.
Regularly checks restrooms for cleanliness and stock.
Ensures all dishes, pans, etc are thoroughly washed, rinsed and sanitized.
Provides excellent guest service, if necessary.
Ensures all safety, sanitation and security procedures are followed.
Any other tasks deemed necessary.
