Job Description Primary Responsibilities
1. Actualize and process work orders within jobs (60%)
� Determine client status (new or existing)
� Create jobs and/or locate existing jobs in Xytech
� From transfer request forms, create order utilizing operator notes to work order transactions and/or bill codes
� From Xytech work order, add any additional transactions noted by operator
� Verify transactions input by Schedulers and/or Operators such as correct stock quantity, length, etc.
� Set up work orders for billing
2. Follow up on open issues related to unbilled work orders to include: coding information, purchase orders, close jobs once completed (invoiced through PeopleSoft), open new jobs for new fiscal year and close all previous fiscal year jobs (10%)
3. Track open work orders with Xytech (15%)
4. May assist with Scheduling duties as needed (10%)
5. Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested (5%)
Job Requirements
� 2 years of Video Post Production experience
� Bachelors degree preferred
� Prior experience with Xytech scheduling program is preferred
� Prior accounting/booking experience helpful
� Good communication and organizational skills Physical and Mental Demands/Environment
� General office environment
