Facilities Maintenance Worker
Job Description
Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains electrical equipment, Install and repair electrical wiring and lighting circuits in connection with repair or alteration of buildings, equipment, and facilities.
Performs rough in, top out, and finish plumbing repairs to replace broken pipes.
Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains heating and ventilation equipment
Builds cabinets and shelves; perform limited structural and finish carpentry
Perform emergency clean up work.
