We are looking for people who want to be more than just a driving instructor who focuses on getting young people through the test. We are looking for instructor-coaches; people with a passion to teach driving in an innovative, progressive way.
Overall Deliverables
• Deliver behind-the-wheel training according to Mercedes-Benz Driving Academys integrated approach.
• Provide structured feedback to students and parents.
• Represent MBDA at related events such as school presentations, conferences, and other partnership opportunities. Build relationships with potential stakeholders to increase visibility for MBDA.
Requirements & Conditions
• Requires valid drivers license
• Requires basic computer skills such as excel, word and candidate must be reasonably comfortable with technology (iPad, smart phone)
• Must be willing to work evenings/weekends/holidays as scheduled
This job position also requires the applicants to have the following Licenses / Certifications
• DMV-certified driving instructor (State of California) preferred
• Min. 1 year experience in driving instruction field preferred
• Full driving privileges, clean LiveScan/DoJ record
