Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is an outgoing, friendly person with a positive attitude, and enjoys talking to and helping customers on the phone. We are a service business in the construction industry so your care and assistance with the customer is vital. We have a stable, productive and fun group of management and staff looking to add a Customer Service Representative who likes and would add to this type of environment. Training for this position will be provided.
Requirements
* 3 years of customer service experience
* Experience in in-home improvement or service oriented business a plus
* HS Diploma or GED required
* Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
* Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel
* Must be naturally friendly on the phone and like helping people
