Responsibilities:
Customer/Company interface, both verbal and written
Data Entry
Filing and maintenance of files
Price Sheet Quoting
Create standard department reports
DD250 submittals
Coordination of customer status requests
Work with Accounting on billing/aging issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
2 – 4 years experience (manufacturing/distribution environment a plus)
Experience in office/government contracts helpful
Excellent oral and written communication skills
MS Office
