Job Description:
Responsible for staff performance, direct participant service delivery, and overall office management. Supervision of direct line staff. Hires and trains new staff. Conducts ongoing staff development. Performs staff evaluations. Oversees monthly statistical reports. Ensures program quality and integrity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a human services related field, or a minimum of one (1) year experience in WTW or equivalent. Supervisory experience is preferred.
