The Busser is in charge of maintaining the quality and ambiance of the restaurant during working hours, ensuring the continuity of service by keeping utilities and accessories for food preparation up to date and clean.
The Busser job is to perform the following task in their job function and they have to work with a team of hospitality management professionals and he/she is responsible for food service fluidity and environmental management through a maintaining the tables, interiors and plating in a restaurant setup.
The Busser is responsible for lightening and also manages the staff requirements when there is an influx of service requests by maintaining the quality of food service, order taking and plating for each table and managing every issue related to the maintenance of the place and ambiance of the restaurant.
