• Consistently maintain opening procedures for work station.
• Review cleaning/stocking checklist for position, and complete tasks.
• Pre-bus tables according to table bussing procedures.
• Greet the guests upon arrival at the table.
• Respond to additional guest requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
• Continually monitor table for quality of food, service and fun.
• Consistently close guest experience with statements of appreciation and invitation to return.
• Clear and clean the table immediately upon the guests departure.
• Check restrooms for cleanliness and stock every thirty minutes, and initial the checklist.
• Every hour check parking lot and planters, walkways, windows, sills, doors and glass, interior floors, carpeting, and runner stations.
• Complete all side work before the completion of the shift.
• Support other work stations, as needed.
