Description:
As the Assistant Business Office Manager you will be responsible for the financial functions of the facility and will assure proper accounting procedures.
Duties:
* Monitors billing and collection activities
* In charge of ensuring all required records are maintained and submitted
* Analyzes collections
* Will report directly to the Executive Director
* Payroll experience needed
Qualifications:
* Must have experience with Medicare, Medi-ca, HMO and private insurance
* 2 years business office management experience
* Experience in skilled nursing or CCRC environment preferred
