As a Loss Prevention Associate, you report to the Loss Prevention Supervisor in partnership with the entire store management team to promote good will with customers.
The position involves observing customers to ensure that all merchandise leaving the store has been paid for by customers.
You will be provided with excellent training on how to perform loss prevention and customer service support activities exposing you to many facets of the Retail Loss Prevention Industry.
As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will gain exposure to key areas of Loss Prevention as well as Store/Company Operations and Procedures.
You’ll know firsthand what the Retail Loss Prevention industry is all about, the role Loss Prevention plays in the success of an organization and the partnership Private Retail has with local, state and federal law enforcement.
You will be exposed to many facets of the loss prevention
industry including:
Inventory Shrinkage Reduction, Internal and External Theft Investigation, Organized Retail Crime, General Liability / Worker’s Compensation, Physical Security, Crisis Management, Supply Chain Security, and Team Leadership and Development.
