EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum one year office experience
- Some customer call center experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Braille, TTY, Medical Transcription abilities a plus
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Accurate data entry skills
- 50-60+ words per minute typing - A MUST
- Strong computer skills required
- Great people skills
- Friendly phone voice
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Data entry and scanning of application forms
- Helping disabled individuals complete their application process
- Requesting information from medical care providers
- Inbound / Outbound customer service calls
- Preparing correspondence and notification mailings
