www.adaride.com serves disabled Americans applying for their civil rights transportation and they deserve a respectful and accurate service. Our website processes applications for “paratransit” service and assists individuals on our toll free phone service. Our national evaluation company has an immediate opening and will train on-the-job. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: - $12 TO 16 per hour + paid holidays and parking (benefits T.B.D.) - Career growth -Casual work environment EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Minimum one year office experience - Some customer call center experience required - Bilingual in Spanish is preferred - Braille, TTY, Medical Transcription abilities a plus SKILLS REQUIRED: - Accurate data entry skills - 50-60+ words per minute typing - A MUST - Strong computer skills required - Great people skills - Friendly phone voice DUTIES INCLUDE: - Data entry and scanning of application forms - Helping disabled individuals complete their application process - Requesting information from medical care providers - Inbound / Outbound customer service calls - Preparing correspondence and notification mailings
