Interacts with customer and other Best Buy employees, answering questions regarding home and small office productivity products, periperals, software, upgrades and installations:
Connect and test products and upgrades installed.
Sells and utilizes neccessary parts and accessories to provide an optimized solution for the customer.
Tutoring: Communicates and "Coaches" customers on the proper and optimal use and care of their new purchases.
Sells products and services to customers following CARE+
Completes additional tasks assigned by the store management.
Performs upgrades and repairs to customer units at the technician bench within the store.
PSP/FW repairs in store.
COD Upgrades and installations- Software & Hardware
Diagnoses operating problems and recommends solutions to the customer.
Suppors service technician with daily tasks:
Calling customers for service pickups.
Shipping/Receiving of service units
Returns and exchanges
Training and Education:
Attend on site training and all team meetings
