o Ensures dining room tables are bussed in a timely manner.
o Ensures floors are kept swept and clean.
o Ensures inside and outside of the restaurant are kept clean and tidy.
o Monitors beverage area for stock and cleanliness.
o Regularly checks restrooms for cleanliness and stock.
o Ensures all dishes, pans, etc are thoroughly washed, rinsed and sanitized.
o Provides excellent guest service, if necessary.
o Ensures all safety, sanitation and security procedures are followed.
o Any tasks deemed necessary.
