2 years of college education related to field or equivalent work experience related to field. Must have 3 years of recovery or drug free lifestyle as of the date of application. Must be able to work with people of diverse backgrounds. Demonstrate computer skills. Will be TB tested upon hiring and recent physical examination. Must be able to certify as a Class B driver in 4 months.
BA degree in Social Welfare, Psychology or other treatment-related field with at least 2 years job related experience, or Drug and Alcohol certificate with at least 5 years experience in job-related field. Experience in HIV/AIDS outreach services. Under the supervision of the Unit Coordinator, direct and monitor the evening structure of the Olympia Academy Unit, and ensure that all staff team decisions governing resident treatment needs are adequately enforced.
