Job Description
As a Guest approaches the entrance of a Disneyland® Resort Theme Park, the first thing he or she sees is the welcoming smile of a Ticket Taker Cast Member. Ticket Taker Cast Members make even the first event of the day, entering the Park, a magical experience.
As a Ticket Taker, responsibilities may include greeting Guests at the turnstiles, processing Guest ticket media, checking Guest bags, providing information and directions, performing crowd control and maintaining exemplary Guest service.
Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Disneyland® Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Cast Offerings, Events and Activities.
The Disneyland® Resort is located in Anaheim, California.
