Part-Time Disney Desk Representative
Job Description
Disney Desk Cast members take inbound calls from Guests interested in purchasing, Park Hopper tickets, or vacation packages.
The role is very challenging and requires a significant amount of memorization, and strong technical/reservation system proficiency and working independently away from the Resort and face to face contact with Guests.
The role requires fast-paced attention to detail in a constantly changing environment.
It requires someone to have strong cash handling skills.
