Food Services Staff Aide
Job Description
The Los Angeles Unified School District is announcing the recruitment for Food Services Staff Aide.
Our Food Services Branch consists of over 5000 employees dedicated to providing approximately 500,000 healthy and nutritious meals daily. The Branch operates nearly 650 cafeterias spread throughout a 711 square mile area, with the largest School Breakfast Program and the second largest National School Lunch Program in the United States.

The ideal candidate would posses the educational background and be capable of independently performing complex analytical work, project management and cost analysis.
Minimum Requirement: Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree in hotel and restaurant management, foods and nutrition, dietetics, public health, business, marketing, accounting, economics, finance, or child care development.
Positions in this job classification may be offered on a 10 or 11 month basis - salary and paid time off for 10 or 11 month positions will be adjusted accordingly.
