Job Description
Delivers great guest service. Represents store to the guest with fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Communicates clear accurate and thorough information to guest and fellow team embers regarding merchandise, store and department layout. Ensures guest service and POS (Point of Sale) functions meet standards on continuous basis. Ability to demonstrate guest service skills. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Ability to read, speak and write clearly. Ability to read number and written materials accurately. Maintain confidentiality of all operating information. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently, daily. Ability to climb ladders occasionally, daily. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs., daily. Ability to stand or remain stationary for prolonged periods of time, daily. Ability to push, pull fixtures on wheels occasionally, weekly. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., carry up to 15 feet and set down, for up to 3 hours at a time, weekly. Potential for daily contact with cleaning products, conveyors, and box cutters.
