Provides administrative support for the executives in administration including calendar management, travel arrangements and correspondence. Oversees day-to-day office operations. Serves as liaison of the administration by providing excellent customer service including professional telephone etiquette. Manages incoming mail and distributes correspondence.Maintains databases and files, makes travel arrangements, corresponds with vendors and clients, gathers and organizes data for claims and hospital audits, serves as contact for the off-site staff, answers and routes telephone calls.
