The Career Center Assistant (CCA) is the front-line personnel offering a cheerful welcome to prospective and current clients. CCA job duties include three primary responsibilities: Client Support, Marketing, and Quality Assurance. The CCA's primary objective is providing support to clients and the program. To achieve the career center objectives, the CCA must have solid marketing interpersonal, networking, and strong written and oral communication skills. The CCA must also possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. These talents are necessary for the CCA to build and maintain relationships with businesses and community resources.
